Teaching Program

The band values having a strong teaching program for any level of playing ability for both pipes and drums. Time is dedicated each week for group learning in small groups divided by skill level. Recently an additional night has been added to focus on the beginner and intermediate members to allow for development on parade standards.

The night begins with lessons in basic technique exercises after which the group divides up according to ability for further instruction. There is a variety of tunes taught to allow for growth and challenge across all levels of playing.
